OneFm Dog Adoption Program by SPCA

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is an animal welfare organization based in Ampang Jaya, Selangor. The aim of the SPCA is to protect defenseless animals and to alleviate their suffering. SPCA receives more than 700 unwanted, homeless or abused animals every month. SPCA tries to re-home as many as possible but the shelter is constantly challenged by a shortage of space and limited funds.

Last December 2012, OneFm gets a fully support by SPCA, successfully held  "Dog Adoption Program" and successfully attracted over 200 dog's lover attended the event. In addition, a fund of RM3,000 has been raised in a short period of three hours event and also successful get a new owner for the eight abandoned dogs.

This year, "OneFm Dog Adoption Program" once again gets a fully cooperation from SPCA, hoping to find more new owner for the abandoned dogs and as well as raise the awareness of social about the pet adoption and care of animals.
