My birthday is just around the corner, same goes to Ming Jian as well. So my ji mui decided to have an early celebration for 2 of us and here we came to Summer BBQ & Steamboat at Dataran Mentari for the steamboat lunch buffet. =D

Normally I had my steamboat for dinner and this is my first time of having steamboat during lunch time. The price for steamboat lunch buffet is RM18.80 (adult), RM9.80 (children) and RM13.80 (senior citizen). However, the price for the dinner is RM28.80 (adult), RM13.80 (children) and RM19.80 (senior citizen). Free flow drinks is available.=D

Yeah~ There's a public holiday for the month of April 2012. Thanks to the installation of Malaysia's new King, the 14th Yang Di-Pertuan Agong. The installation of the new King was on 11th April 2012 and it was declared as a Public Holiday for all the Malaysian. =D

Wake up early in the morning for breakfast with friends. We're are so lucky to be a Malaysian because there's lot of varieties food for morning breakfast. Friend is craving for nasi lemak, so here we came to Restoran Silva Tandoori for the warm and hot nasi lemak. The aroma of the rice is smell good as the rice cooked with the pandan leaves and coconut milk, or better known as santan. 

This yummy fragrance coconut rice is served with ikan bilis, fried peanuts, cucumbers, egg and also not forgotten the spicy sambal. =D Besides than this, you also can add-on with others such as fried chicken, beef, mutton and etc etc. I love to have a warm egg with half cook, therefore I always requested for a telur mata kerbau panas. Love the egg yolk very much.. I'll poke the egg yolk and mixed it with the rice. I tell you, it's really delicious!! Yummmy-licioussss!!! ^_*

Besides than Nasi Lemak, Tosai Garing is another famous delicacy of the restaurant. Tosai Garing is always goes with the Curry Gravy, Kacang Dahl Gravy and Mint Gravy. As a Malaysian, we always eat it with hand. No worry.. There always a basin prepared for you to wash ur hand before and after the meal. Pinched it into a small pieces and dipped into the sauce. It's really ho chak!!! Goes with a cup of hot teh tarik, is a complete set of Mamak food and it will makes you feel very satisfied. =D

It's bf's birthday.. There's no special celebration..  but just went for a simple dinner at Chili's, Empire Shopping Gallery.

Reached there about 8something. OMG~ The restaurant is fulled of people. There's no empty seat for us and we need to wait for about 20 minutes for a seat. @_@ Stomach already beating drum.. Pray hard so that we can get a seat as soon as possible. While waiting for the seat, I start flipping over and over the menu,  thinking of what to eat.

After waiting for about 20 minutes, we finally get our seat. I fast fast placed my order. =D 

Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers

Bf ordered Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, where the strips of chicken hand-battered then breaded and fried to perfection for the extra crispy crunch. It also topped with the spicy & smoky honey-chipotle sauce. 

Fire-Grilled Chicken & Portobello

While as for me, I had the Fire-Grilled Chicken & Portobello, where the fire grilled chicken breasts with a marinated Portobello mushroom served over zesty peppercorn sauce with loaded mashed potatoes (beef bacon) and seasonal veggies.

While as for drinks, I had my all time favorite, Oreo Smoothies where it was add on some yummy vanilla ice cream and fresh milk - enjoy the Oreo explosion!! =D Bf loves coffee.. so he had Espresso Smoothies with vanilla ice cream and fresh milk is really yummy-licious..

This terrific offer is valid on 29 March 2012 and 30 March 2012 between 11am till closing and it is available for both take-away and dine-in.

Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity of enjoying the great deal and was quite disappointed. =( Anyway, the promotion was back in town again from 2nd to 6th April 2012. Of-fish-cially is the best Fish 'n Chips in town, where the fish is dipped in the delicious batter and fried till crispy and go along with the Garlic Herb Sauce. Squeeze some of the lemon juice is absolutely delicious. The meal came with Cajun-spiced Chips and light salad dressing.
