In view of the valiant efforts of our Olympian heroes who have united us all and made the country proud, Impian Emas Negara Media Prima and Baskin Robbins have decided to give out free ice-cream to all Malaysians, in their 61 outlets nationwide (except the two kiosk at Pantai Hospital, Bangsar and Genting Theme Park) on 8th August, from 8pm-10pm!
The scenario of the night at Baskin Robbins, SS15
As a Malaysian, I don't want to miss this great opportunity. So my friend and I decided to drop by to the nearest outlet in SS15, Subang Jaya. We reached as early as 7pm, but it was empty inside and we went for our dinner in the nearest shop. At about 7.30pm, I saw a large crowd of people walking towards Baskin Robbins and started to queue up. Mostly are students; as there is a students area, which is surrounded with 3 colleges and a private school. We joined the crowd at about 7.40pm and waited for about 20 minutes till 8pm sharp. The queue is getting longer and longer till Starbucks or even further down.
