Marufuku Udon @ Jaya One

Recommended by a fren of mine, she brought me to dis shop called Marufuku, which is located on the ground floor of Jaya One shopping mall along Jalan Universiti in Petaling Jaya. Marufuku is a modern Japanese casual dining. The cuisine will be totally unique as it is an UDON specialty shop. They are the first and only fresh udon concept in Malaysia. Marufuku offers a variety of freshly made udon for as little as RM6. A serving of udon will come in either cold or hot broth made-to-order within minutes.

Viewing the menu, and Nebayaki Udon is my choice.. =D Nebayaki Udon (RM10), which was udon in Japanese fish-based broth, served hot in claypot, topped with tempura ebi, fish cake, fried tofu, shiitake mushroom, egg and chopped spring onion.

Next would be best is Oyako Udon (RM10), which is served hot, topped with chicken in a delicate Japanese soya broth with egg and onion & chopped spring onion. Best eaten with a sprinkling of shichimi powder.

Glutinous Rice Ball in Barley Snow Fungus Sago Soup

Although the Winter Solstice Festival is already passed and I already eaten Tang Yuan, but I still craving for Tang Yuan and insist want to cook it.. ^^

So, I went to Giant to grab all the ingredients dat I need.. xD

The ingredients

Bring water to a boiled in a pot. Add barley and boil for about 30 minutes or until barley is cooked through. Once the barley is cooked, add rock sugar. Continue boil for 10-15minutes or until rock sugar has dissolved completely. And lastly, put the snow fungus and sago. Cook for another 10-15minutes.

Secondly, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the coloured glutinous rice balls to the boiling water separately. Once they float, dish out the glutinous rice balls.

Oh~原来如此.. hehe ^_^ Need to pay for the entrance fees to enjoy in the snow globe for certain duration.. Maybe around 15-20mins.. Besides, they oso provide photo shooting service.. It's good to snap some photos for memories.. ^^

Read an article about the dangerous of eating chicken wings in Facebook.. So, I decided to share it out here to let more people know about it.. xD

a true story...!

A friend of mine recently had a growth in her womb and she underwent an operation to remove the cyst.
The cyst removed was filled with a dark colored blood. She thought that she would be recovered after the surgery but! she was terribly wrong. A relapse occurred just a few months later. Distressed , she rushed down to her gynecologist for a consultation.

During her consultation, her doctor asked her a question that puzzled her.
He ask if she was a frequent consumer of chicken wings and she replied yes wondering as to how, he knew of her eating habits. You see, the truth is in this modern day and age; chickens are injected with steroids to accelerate their growth so that the needs of this society can be met. This need is none other than the need for food. Chickens that are injected with steroids are usually given the shot at the neck or the wings.
Therefore, it is in these places that the highest concentration of steroids exists.

These steroids have terrifying effects on the body as it accelerates growth..
It has an even more dangerous effect in the presence of female hormones, this leads to women being more prone to the growth of a cyst in the womb. Therefore, I advise the people out there to watch their diets and to lower their frequency of consuming chicken wings!

Talking about tonic food, the Chinese may pay attention on maintaining an internal and external balance, and harmony of the Yin and Yang (the dual principal of male and female or positive and negative), which has influenced the concept of "hot" (Yang food) and "cold" (Yin food) in Chinese food and medicine. And here, I wanna to share something to those who are paying attention on their internal and external balances. Currently, bf and I had visited a Chinese tonic food restaurant that owned by Eu Yan Sang in Mid Valley.

As usual, it is hardly for me to make a choice of what to eat.. I'll keep flipping the menu from the first page to the last page and finally I chose to order dis, Sang Har Mee.. WHY?? Hmm.. Maybe the photo of the food in the menu had attracted me and makes me wanna to have a try on it.. This Sang Har Mee is not bad, served with fresh, big prawns, few pieces of gingers and some vegetables.. It is quite big portion as well and worth for the value of money..

As for bf, he get himself a Lotus Leaf Rice.. It is quite big portion as well and the most important that it is not too oily.. The ingredients comes in plenty and the glutinous rice is very tasty and piquant.

Nowadays, people is looking forward to have a healthy lifestyle.. Besides than having exercise, food is also play an important role in our daily life. Therefore, we must always keep in mind, to choose a healthy food in our diet.. ^^

And here, I would like to share out something for those who are looking for some healthy food.. ^^ So, lets try out at Medifoods Organic Shop, which is located at SS18.. It is very hard to get a seat during lunch time.. This is shows that everybody is very conscious about their own health..

This is my very first time visiting to the organic shop, although it is just near by to my office.. According to my colleague, she said the food in the shop is very expensive.. Anyway, I would like to give myself a try on it.. ^^

The free organic papaya was being served once you been seated.. Mmmm..~!! It's really sweet and very juicy too.. xD

Besides, free soup is being served as well with lots of organic vegetable inside.. The soup is not too salty, not too tasteless.. Just good for our health.. ^^

Braised Udon with lots of organic vegetables.. Bare in mind.. There is not seafood (prawns, fillet, squids) nor meat is added in the food.

Overall, the food is very nice and highly recommend to have a try if you want to change your eating lifestyle.. ^^

For those who never tried it before, you should try it.. ^^ Juz crushed the crackers into small pieces and mixed it together into the laksa.. Wow~! The taste is really very different.. *makes my saliva start to dropping down*.. haha..

Oh, Great..~! Another shop is opened in SS15.. So I have another choice of food for my lunch or dinner.. xD
As usual, I will asked bf the same question.. Wat to eat for dinner.. and he said bring you to new shop in SS15.. Wondering wat is serving in the new shop.. Once reached, I see the signboard of the shop, it is "Home Made Fish Head Noodle".. *Guessing..* Izzit served normal Fish Head Noodle dat we can get in hawker stall?? Hmmm... Till I stepped in the shop, opened the menu.. and I get the answer.. xD

Very good service.. Once we seated, we're served wif dis 2 small glass of cold drink.. Its good to quench our thirst in such a hot weather.. xD

I opened and looking through the menu.. Wow~! There is various type of Fish Head Noodle dat served in the shop.. Its too many till I cant list it down here.. :P Besides than serving Fish Head Noodle, they oso served rice as well.. xD

Hmm, which one to order?? All the food is very tempting.. It's really cracking my head.. >.<

Finally, I made up my mind n ordered dis, Fried Fish Head Mee Hoon with XO Sauce which is RM10.80.. Sound great.. Haha.. It served with 4 big chuck of deep fried fish head, slices ginger and lots of chopped tomatoes.. A bit of spicy.. The fish is very crunchy exterior and the meat is very sweet, very fresh.. Be careful while eating the fish head.. Lots of fish bones.. ^^

As for bf, he ordered Assam Fish with rice in claypot which is RM9.80.. It served with few slices of fillet and some vege.. I tried it and the Assam taste is very sour which is very appetizing.. Recommended to those who love sour food.. xD

一年裡面有52天的礼拜天，扣除那些休息的天数，
平均起来，一年只剩下313天。

在一年内，大约有50天的天气非常热，而导致无法唸书，
因此，一年平均起来，只剩下263天。

3. 每天8小时的睡眠时间
佔了一年的122天，平均起来，一年只剩下141天。

4. 每天1小时的游戏时间
佔了一年的15天，平均起来，一年只剩下126天。

5. 每天2小时的吃饭及吃零食的时间

At last the Reds are coming. One of the legendary clubs of the English Premier League, Liverpool Football Club, will visit Malaysia as part of their 2011 Asia Tour.

As usual, wake up early in the morning, get myself ready for work..

Reached office sharp at 9am..

After an hour in office, colleague told me dat she will going to KL.. Pass some documents to clients..

So, I'm alone again in the office.. together wif my 2 bosses..

While I'm bz doing my work, suddenly my phone rang.. Wondering who is calling me..

Oh~! Is my dad..

Hmm.. wat makes him called me during office hour?? He seldom call me at dis time..

Answered the phone n he passed the phone to mom..

Mom said, "Aunt is passed away"

OMG~! Wat a shocking news..

Last Sunday (Mother's Day) juz heard mom said she juz visited aunt due to her bad condition of sickness and I planned to go back visit aunt on dis coming weekend..

But.. But..

Belum sempat I balik to visit her, she already passed away.. T.T

Take emergency leave from boss and rush back to hometown together wif brother.. to attend aunt's funeral..

After being sick for so long, she's in a better place now without any pain..

Aunt, missed u so much.. U will be oways in our heart..

Missing Teluk Intan food?? Looking for it around the city of KL.. but cant get it?? Anyway, no worry.. I got a good news for u all.. ^^ The authentic taste of Teluk Intan is NOW in SUBANG JAYA~!!! xD

I get the good news from bf.. He told me dat there is a shop in SS15 is serving Teluk Intan food.. Oh~! I'm really get shocked and said, "Lets go there for dinner tonite.." coz I'm superb missed hometown food badly especially Chee Cheong Fun.. xD

Once I stepped in to the shop, it gives me a feel like I'm in hometown.. Got all the food.. such as Chee Cheong Fun, Lo Mai Fan, Mee Kicap n many many more.. xD
Too much choice till dunno which to choose.. Wish to have all of it in 1 time.. LOLx..

Finally, I ordered a bowl of Thai laksa.. Mmmmm... A little of santan makes the soup is so fragrant and tasty.. ^^ Dis small bowl of laksa cost me RM3.80

Bf's Mee Kicap wif Pork.. Unfortunately, the Mee Kicap did not serve wif "kari oil".. but wif a bowl of soup.. ^^

Besides, not forget my all time favourite food, Chee Cheong Fun.. Teluk Intan's Chee Cheong Fun is totally different from other place.. It has it very own way of making the Chee Cheong Fun by steaming the rice roll wif minced crispy pork, dried shrimp and turnip to perfection. It is not a surprise dat you no need to add any sauce on it but it still can be so tasting and delicious.. ^^ it muz served in hot together wif some fresh green chillies to make the taste more delicious.. Really yummy till max..

Unfortunately, the Chee Cheong Fun dat served in the shop is not hot enough.. :( It's totally out of taste.. Anyway, juz have it to release the missed of hometown food.. xD

Last but not least, the glutinous delicacy or better known as Loh Mai Fan.. Dis hot steamed pulut rice is nice to be served wif char siew and spicy prawns.. Really yummy till my saliva is start dropping.. Lolx

甜品哥哥 is located at SS15, opposite of Asia Cafe. Dis shop is serving Hong Kong style dessert..

Passing by dis dessert shop for few times but never stepped into the shop before.. Coz bf said the dessert of the shop is not very nice.. but my fren said, some of the dessert is not bad.. Hmm, I'm really wondering about it and wish to find out the answer by myself.. ^^ And finally, I got a chance to go to the shop and try out the dessert.. ^^

Last 2 weeks ago, my fren date me for dinner at Asia Cafe and we had our dessert right after the dinner.. Dis is my first time stepped into the shop.. As I walked in, the scenario of the shop is not really happening.. Hmm, mayb the nite is still early.. Enjoying the soft music dat makes you feel very relax.. xD

There's varieties of desserts to choose and all of it are very tempting.. *drooling* All desserts are very yummy and it is hardly for me to choose.. Hmm, since we juz took dinner, so decide to take some fruits for a better digestion.. ^^ and here I ordered "Heart of Greed" dessert.

"Heart of Greed" dessert is full of fruits such as watermelon, kiwi, mango, jelly and as well as natta de coco.. Fruits are well diced into cube and combined wif jelly and natta de coco..

Fresh and juicy fruits melting in mouth.. Really yummy.. Love it till max.. ^^

As for my fren, June, she had a bowl of Fresh Fruits with Noodles.. Oh~! Quite special on dis dessert coz they used noodles for the dessert.. It is not the normal noodles dat we used to eat.. Dis noodle is special made from jelly wif spring.. A little milky taste.. ^^ *Thumb up* for it..

First Day in Phuket - Phuket FantaSea

We reached Phuket International Airport at around 1something in the afternoon.. and we stayed in the airport till around 4pm.. WHY??? coz waiting for our the other 2 frens.. we all came in different flight.. >.< dats y need to wait for them.. haiz~!!

Since we checked in to the hotel quite late, so the hotel staff recommended us to go to the Phuket Fantasea, which is located at Kamala Beach, juz 9kms from Patong.. Since we dunno where is the place located, so we decided to take hotel's transport to the destination.. ^^

Once reached, the hotel tour guide helped us to buy the entrance ticket.. while waiting for the ticket, so I snap snap some photos

Besides enjoying the food and the nice scenery at Phuket FantaSea, there oso got some performance as well.. The performance is all about the Thai culture with magical illustration, 4-D effects, aerial ballet, acrobatics, pyrotechnics, special effects, exciting stunts and as well as elephant performance..

Hmm, wat a sad thing is NO CAMERA is allowed to bring in while watching the performance.. So, there is no any photos dat taken during the show time.. Anyway, I snapped some of it from the brochure.. ^^

We visited Khoo Kongsi on the 2nd day of our trip.. Once again, thanks to Mr. GPS which guided us to the right destination.. :D

As soon as we finished our lunch, we went to Pinang Peranakan Mansion. It is located at 29, Church Street, 10200 Penang. Once again, thanks to Mr. GPS which guide us to the right place.. ^^

The admission fee for the adults to the Peranakan Mansion is juz for Rm10 while free admission for the children below 6 yrs old..

Holiday to Penang

Wah!! Its being quite a long time I never update my blog.. Since early of the month till now.. LOLx..
Anyway, here is the latest news from me.. ^^

It is last month of the year 2010.. Everyone is trying to clear their annual leave n go for a vacation.. and it same goes to me as well.. I been to Penang wif my family.. It is a 3 days 2 nites trip.. Me n bf went back hometown a day earlier, which is on Friday nite.. Stay a nite in TI and depart to Penang on the next day.. ^^

Wake up as early as 7am.. To get ourselves ready..!! and start our journey to Penang at around 8something.. It takes around 4hrs drive to reach the destination.. and we reached Georgetown at around 12pm.. Checked in to Hotel M'sia, which dad had booked a month earlier.. hehe ^^

Hmm.. Wondering where is the hotel located.. Anyway, thanks GOD.. Mr. GPS is wif me and it guided us to the hotel.. ^^

I had shared a health food for those who is having gastric or indigestion in my previous blog. And now, I have another good news dat I wanna to share wif all my ladies reader.. I'm a gastric patient.. Although my gastric is not as serious as other ppl.. but every time when gastric is attacking me.. it's really very very suffering.. >.< bloated, nausea, indigestion.. all dis feeling makes my mood turn down.. :(

As you all know gastric patients are not allow to eat sour & spicy food.. But it is really hard for me to accept coz I love sour food very much.. especially assam laksa & tom yam.. Every time when I think of eating such kind of food, I'm sure will think twice.. Oh no~! I'm having gastric.. Kenot eat.. *sad*

Yum Yum.. It's really tempting...

One day, a fren of mine who is having gastric as well, shared a new product called DIGESTON. She said, it really helps her a lot.. especially releasing all the gas inside the stomach through "FART" or "BURP"..

After she shared her experience of consuming the product, I tried out dis product as well.. After consuming the product for almost 1 week, I feel much better without noisy gas inside my stomach.. I'm really happy wif it.. Since there are no other way to cure my gastric besides than eat on time, and "pantang" to eat sour & spicy food.. Its first time for both of us stepped in to dis Tomoe.. It is juz located in front of Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC). As we stepped in to the restaurant, the staff usher us inside with loud Japanese greetings.. :D Nice interior design.. Feel very comfortable.. ^^

Hey, boys & girls.. guess wat is dis?? *scratching head*..
Ok, lets me tell u.. It is a laptop mini vacuum.. :D Cool right?? hehe ^^
Lappie is full of dust.. *sad*
So bf is looking for something to clean the dust off.. One day, I went shopping wif bf in Carrefour.. and bf found dis cute mini vacuum.. and he bought it.. :D
Yeah~! Finally found something to clear off the dust on my lappie.. ^^

Wondering of how to use it?? It's very simple.. Juz plug it in to the USB port, turn on the switch and you can start playing wif the mini vacuum..

Had lunch wif my buddy at here on last 2 weeks.. At 1st, we decided to have Pan Mee at Face to Face but she had over shot the shop n came to dis Jojo Little Kitchen.. which is oso serving Pan Mee as well.. Since both of us never been to dis shop before, so we decided to have a try on it..

Hmm, wat is Pan Mee?? Actually, Pan Mee is a type of Hokkien-style noodle dat made of flour and egg. It literally means flat flour noodle.. ^^

Daily Menu Set

The daily menu set is only available during the weekdays.. There only got 2 different types of Pan Mee for each day, from Mon - Fri.. which is come wif a cup of drink.. ^^ Very worth for it..

There are various type of Pan Mee dat u can select from the menu.. From the most traditional type which is dry & soup Pan Mee to the new brand Pan Mee which is Curry Pan Mee, Lor Pan Mee and etc..

Chili

Not forgetting the chili as well.. when having Pan Mee.. U can add more of the chili according to ur own taste preference of hotness and spiciness.. ^^

Here are the food dat we had.. For me, I ordered Herbal Chicken Pan Mee.. It is not my taste.. I'm wondering, how come the herbal soup is sweet and spicy.. While I'm eating, I found some green small pieces of chili inside my Pan Mee.. @@ Seriously, I dun have any idea of it.. Really spoiled my mood of having Pan Mee..

As for my buddy, June.. she ordered Dry Pork Pan Mee.. It looks tastier than mine.. but she complain dat the portion of the mee is so small and the ingredients are so less.. Kenot fill up her hungry stomach.. =.='

Besides, we oso ordered a bowl of Wanton Soup.. It disappointed us again.. The filling of the Wanton is so less.. and the soup is damn SALTY..~!!! >.<

Fong Lye Restaurant

Its 1st time for me to step in to dis Fong Lye Restaurant.. Dis restaurant is located at lower ground of Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, which is juz a few door steps from Sushi King.. Once I stepped in to the restaurant, I feel very comfortable.. The interior design of the restaurant is very nice.. especially the chairs, which is in sofa type.. really comfortable.. Juz like the feeling of "home sweet home".. ^^

After make a long decision, finally we make an order.. There is an order list provided in every tables.. Wat u all have to do is juz tick the food dat u want in the order list and pass it to the waiter/ waitress.. Is dat very simple?? hehe ^^

Nine Emperor Gods or better known as (Jiu Wang Ye) Festival is celebrated on the eve of ninth month in the lunar Chinese calendar. The nine emperors gods actually refers to the "Jiu Huang Da Di - 九皇大帝" (The Nine Great Emperors) in the Taoist deities system. The birth of the nine emperors happened to be on the 9th of the 9th month in the Chinese lunar calendar, and this is often celebrated as a festival of "Jiu Huang - 九皇" by the Taoist in S'pore or M'sia.

Nan Tian Kong - Ampang

After I browsing for information of Nine Emperor Gods Festival, I noticed dat the biggest celebration in KL is at Nan Tian Kong, which is located in Ampang. As for dis yr, the Nine Emperor Gods Festival was fall on the 8th of October.. and bf decided to go for a pray on Sunday, the 3rd day of the festival.. ^^ Since we never go to Ampang before, we really dun have any idea where the temple is located.. and I tried to use my Garmin to search for the location.. Once again, thanks to Mr.Garmin.. U really helped us.. U guided us all the way from Subang to the correct destination.. ^^

The place was jam-packed like sardin almost every night starting from 7pm till mid night.. So, be prepared to the crowd if u plan to visit to the temple.. :D

Dis is the 1st time for both of us visiting to the temple.. ^^ There are a lot of stalls are setup along the streets surrounded the temple, selling all sorts of food and interesting stuffs as well as religious stuffs.. :D

Attended wedding dinner on last Saturday in V Garden, Klang.. It was his best fren, Alberto & Ainne wedding dinner.. :D

After waiting for sometime, and finally its the time for the bride and the groom to take a seat.. Before the couple were coming in, all the heng tai and ji mui were get ready wif their popper in hand, to welcoming the new couple.. ^^

Once the couple were walking in, those heng tai n ji mui released the popper 1 by 1.. and here is the Happy Moment of the couple.. :D

Lastly, congratulation to the lovely couple and Happy Marriage.. ^^

Its the 1st time I stepped into dis shop, dat called Citrusplus. Dis restaurant is located at SS15, which is same row with Mcd.. :D

Feel nice once I stepped in to the shop.. A simple design from the shop makes me falled in love wif it.. ^^

The shop is serving western food in a big portion wif a reasonable price.. Recommended to eat here.. :D

Besides than enjoying the food, you oso can enjoying the free WIFI access as well if you got bring along ur lappie/ hp.. :D

Berbuka Puasa @ Rakuzen - Empire Gallery

After few weeks of Bulan Ramadhan, finally my company had "Berbuka Puasa" dinner on last Thursday.. We had difficulty on wat to eat and where to eat.. At first, boss decided to have buffet but after thinking for sometime, he said dat not worth to go for buffet because not worth paying much for children and they can't eat much.. Then he changed his mind to go for Japanese food.. and here we come to Rakuzen which is located at Upper Ground Floor of Empire Gallery.

Me and Nor reached the restaurant at around 7pm.. but none of them were there.. Anyway, we go into the restaurant and have a sit 1st.. :P While waiting for the other to come, I grab my phone cam and start to snap some photos for my blogging assignment.. hehe ^^

After waited for almost 20mins, one of the boss called and said dat he might be late.. asked us to eat first, no need to wait for him..

Since boss said no need to wait for him, so me and my colleague start to order our food n drink.. Having difficulty when looking through the menu.. The food looks very yummy and hard for us to make decision on wat to eat.. >.< and finally I ordered a fruit juice and a set of Nabeyaki Udon to California.. Dis set is come wif Udon, steamed tofu, few pieces of sushi and fruits..

After we ordered our food, then only Kam, Yong and his wife reached.. They ordered their food as well.. After waited for almost 10-15mins, our food was being served.. Without waiting for the 2 bosses, we start our meal.. :P

We almost finished our meal.. Then boss only came.. and he started to order many food.. asking us whether we still can eat those food dat he ordered.. Without thinking much, we said, Ya.. we still can eat.. =.=' OMG!! So full liao, still say can eat.. Really swt habis.. =.='

And the dinner finish at around 10something.. Really full and bloated.. =.='

Tai Thong Mooncake

Mid-Autumn Festival or better known as Mooncake Festival, is juz around the corner.. Dis festival is held on the 15th day of the eight month in the chinese calendar.. and it means dat it will fall on late of September or early of October.. As for dis year, the Mooncake Festival is fall on 22nd of September.. Everywhere is starts selling mooncake.. and dis makes me craving for it.. LOLX

I'm looking forward to have mooncakes and here.. bf brought back a box of mooncake.. Its Tai Thong Mooncake.. I'm wondering and ask him, where u get it.. U buy?? Then he said, no.. Lady boss give de.. Give to every of the staffs.. and dis means dat I got free mooncake eat lor... save money, no need buy.. LOLX

Back dated post again.. Since the first day of Ramadhan till now, finally I had a chance to go to the Bazaar Ramadhan on last week..

Hmm, ntg much to buy at the bazaar.. coz we went there quite late in the evening, around 7pm.. we juz managed to buy popia, roti john, satay and a packet of coconut drink..

Tasted the food.. Hmm, not tasty as compared to previous year.. the popia and roti john were tasteless.. =.=' Besides, the price is getting more n more expensive.. >.<

Anyway, juz went for once.. :P

Bean's Dessert Kitchen @ SS15

After few hours window shopping at Jusco Bukit Tinggi wif June, finally we decided to going back SS15 for our dinner.. Since we already had some food in Jusco, so we decided to have some light dinner and June suggested to have some Tong sui.. and here we come to Bean's Dessert Kitchen, which is located at SS15, opposite of Station 1 Cafe..

Dis shop is specialized in Tong Sui.. Got various types of Tong Sui such as Read Bean, Barley Gingko, Bubur Cha Cha n etc etc.. Besides serving Tong Sui, the shop oso served some local food such as Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, Bihun Goreng n etc etc..

Anyway, dis is not my 1st time been to dis shop.. Everytime I go to dis shop, I sure will order a bowl of Snow Fungus wif Honeydew and a bread wif hotdog.. But for dis time, I wanna to try the other food.. so I decided to have Mee Goreng wif an egg on top of it.. and of coz not forgotten the sambal as well to make the taste tasty to max.. :D

While for June, she had the Nasi Lemak Ayam Rendang.. Served in a piece of banana leave wif rice, some ikan bilis, some groundnuts, vege and of coz the ayam rendang.. :D I tasted the Ayam Rendang.. It's really goodilicious.. *Thumb up* for it.. :D

Everytime I'm going Klang wif bf, we sure will passed by the I-City but never been there before.. As bf promised, he will bring me there.. Unfortunately, till now he oso never bring me to there.. *sob sob*

Anyway, nevermind.. Finally I have a chance going there wif a fren of mine on last Saturday.. Actually, both of us oso not so sure about the exactly location of the I-City.. but we still try our best to look for the place wif the guidance of the Garmin.. and Yeah!! Finally we reached the correct place.. *winks*

Stucked in the jam, queueing up to buy the entrance ticket which is juz cost RM10 per car.. Is dat cheap?? Hmm, I really dunno.. coz some said is cheap, some said no..

Durian Again

Its back dated post again.. After I had my durian in USJ 14, I start craving for durians.. =X U know lah.. now is durian season mah.. who not craving for durians wor.. hehe ^^

Went for dinner in hawker stall at SS15.. Once reached there, I can smell the frangrance smell of durians from the fruit stall which is juz a few steps from the hawker stall.. Then I told bf dat I smell something so fragrance.. :P and he said, go for durian after dinner.. HUH?? Really ar?? *wondering*

After our dinner, then bf stopped by at the fruit stall.. Wondering why he stopped at there.. Oh!! Yuan lai he wants to buy durians.. LOLX.. While waiting for bf dealing wif the durian seller, my hand start itchy and start snapping some of the photos for my assignment.. =X

Bf choose 3 of the D24 and ask the seller to open the durian.. See whether is nice yellowish pile or not.. See whether got worms or not.. Wow!! Its nice without any worms.. ^^ Saliva is dropping liao.. Durian, oh Durian.. I cant wait to eat u.. =X

Dis 3 durians juz cost us about RM27.. Is dat cheap?? Hmm, I think is ok lor.. hehe ^^

Tuna Egg Sandwich

Woke up early in the morning.. and stomach is yelling for food.. and I dun feel dat going out for breakfast.. So I decided to make a homemade sandwich, Tuna Egg Sandwich for bf and myself as well.. Love tuna very much.. ^^

Ingrediants:

Steps:

First of all, boil the water in a saucepan.. Once the water is begin to boil, remove the cover of the saucepan and put the eggs into it.. Put it slowly.. If not, the eggs sure will crack off.. :D Let it cook in the hot boiled water for almost 10 to 15 minutes.. and drain it off once the eggs are hard-boiled.. Put it in cold water, so dat the eggs will cool faster..

Once the eggs are cool, then peel it off and chopped it wif a fork.. After dat, mixed the tuna into the chopped eggs and stir it..

Spread some tuna dat already mixed wif eggs on a slice of bread, and put a layer of lettuce on it.. Once the 1st slice is finish spreaded, put it on a plate.. Then spread another slice of bread and put it on the 1st slice.. And the sandwich is ready.. :D

Prefer to have how many slices of sandwiches?? Juz repeat the same methods.. :D

Durian oh Durian - USJ 14

Bf is hunting for durian.. He missed durian so much... coz he never had durian for almost 3 yrs, since after his spine surgery.. Everytime he wants to eat durian, I'll stopped him.. coz doctor said dat NO durian.. :(
After "pantang" for almost 3 yrs, finally I let him eat.. PITY him..

After our bak kut teh on last weekend, then suddenly bf said, lets go for durian.. HUH?? Did I hear it wrongly?? We're now bloated wif bak kut teh.. how to have another round of durian?? but we still going for durian.. LOLx..

Bf juz knows dat there is durian buffet in SS2 and he plan to go there to eat durian.. but my fren, June said no need to go till so far.. We can have it in USJ 14.. wif her guidence to the stall and here, finally we reached in front of the right stall.. hehe ^^

Wow!! So many durians.. Got small, got big as well.. The strong smell of durians makes me cant wait to eat it.. Lolx.. You can either purchase the durians in bundles wif the quoted price or by weighting the durians in kilogram.. Thorny thorny oh!! muz becareful.. hehe..

Here is our durian.. Big pile yellowish durian.. The taste of the durian is sweet + bitter.. Really tempting!!

Bak Kut Teh @ Yu Kee - SS14

Its back dated post.. Went for shopping wif my buddy on last Sunday.. and she told me dat her mom no cook for dinner.. So I invited her to join me for dinner.. :D and she suggested to have bak kut teh for the nite.. :D So bf brought us to dis shop which is juz near to our house in SS14.. Although there are quite a lot of bak kut teh shops around SS14, but we still prefer going to dis shop.. Hmm, dunno lah.. mayb the bak kut teh is nicer than other shops.. anyway, dats my opinions.. Haha..

Its dinner time.. packed wif ppl.. anyway, we still managed to get a place to sit.. We sit in the open air area, its more cooling if compare to the inside part.. We placed our order once been seated.. and the food served very fast.. Good service *winks*

There are 2 types of rice, white rice and the oily rice.. I prefer to have oily rice coz its very fragrance and its tasty if add some soup on it.. :D

The main dish of the nite.. TARDA!! Mixed pork Bak Kut Teh wif internal organs, mushroom and fu chuk..

Don't missed out the crispy yau char kuew.. Its nice when dip into the soup for a while then take out and eat.. *Yum Yum*

Besides than having those oily food, we order another plate of green vegetable to make our meal more balancing.. :D

Another famous dish of the shop.. Dat is vinegar pork legs.. Hmm, I dun like it.. See all the fatty fatty pork oso scare.. >.<

3 fella eat dat much.. Guess how much is the bill of the nite.. Its juz RM46!! Is dat cheap?? It is recommended to eat.. :D

While I was chatting wif my fren in MSN yesterday, she suddenly showed me a photo dat had been edited nicely wif cute icons.. I'm wondering how she did it and asked her about it.. Then she shared dis nice software, Photoscape wif me.. Juz take a few simple steps to get dis software..

First of all, juz download and install the software into ur pc.. :D

After finished install the software, juz simply click on the "Photoscape" and u can start using the software freely wif many of the nice functions..

Quite long time no steamboat liao.. so I finally decided to have steamboat dinner wif my buddy.. and here we come to dis Grand Steamboat Garden to have our steamboat.. The restaurant is located at Taipan USJ, which is same row with Public Bank.. :) I read my fren's blog about dis restaurant and she told me about it too.. I'm really attracted to it and wanna go for a try.. hehe ^^

Dis restaurant served buffet style of steamboat.. Eat all you can which is juz at RM26.80 per pax.. but it is totally different from other steamboat restaurant dat I had been before.. Dis restaurant served their food in a belt, juz like eating sushi in sushi restaurant.. quite interesting.. ^^

besides, there are 4 pots on each tables.. and each person will have his/hers own soup individually..

Bored wif the breakfast dat u had everyday??? Thinking of having new recipe for breakfast?? If you are, here is the new recipe dat I wanna share out.. Its "Egg in the Basket". A fren of mine share the article of dis recipe wif me on last Friday.. when I'm looking through the recipe, its looked like very simple.. Juz as easy as ABC.. so I wanna to have a try on it.. hehe ^^

Its sunny Sunday morning.. My mood is super duper good once I woke up early in the morning.. I told bf dat I wanna make him a yummy breakfast and asked him to buy the ingrediants for me.. hehe ^^

The ingrediants dat you need are..

1) Whole meal bread

2) Eggs

3) Marjerin/ Butter

And the steps are..

Making a whole in the center of the bread by using round cookie cutter or round glass cup

Spread the majerin/ butter on both side

Hatch an egg in a bowl wif the nice egg yolk.. :D

Heat up the frying pan wif a low temperature.. and toast the bread into golden yellow colour

Once the bread is crunchier, pour the egg into the hole and cook for a while to let the bottom of the egg gets hardens before flipping over

Nice to eat when it is hot.. Very crunchy and delicious.. If you like, you oso can served it wif chilli sauce/ ketchup/ mayonnaise.. :D

Went for dinner at Carrefour.. Actually want to have dinner at the food court.. walked 1 round, looking through all the stalls.. but dunno wat to eat.. Then come out from the food court.. =.='

Then we came across to dis shop, which is juz located opposite of the Kenny Rogers.. Since we never try it, so we give a chance on it.. Looking at the banner, saying dat they have 30% of discount after 3pm.. Huh?? izzit true?? lolx

Its almost lunch time and those guys are still in office.. Normally, they already gone out to site early in the morning and very seldom can have lunch together.. Anyway, a good chance is given on last Wednesday.. So boss is asking us for lunch together.. *winks* Guess dis time where we had our lunch.. Its Logenhaus..!!

Logenhaus is Roast & Grill which serves halal German cuisine is one of the pioneer tenants of USJ's Taipan Triangle area. As I walked into the shop, I felt very comfortable wif the decoration of German style.. :D Besides then the nice decoration, the services dat they provided are very good as well.. Very satisfied wif it.. ^^

Boss ordered some side order.. dats is baked escargots which is in cheese.. If compared wif the baked escargots in San Francisco, Logenhaus is much nicer.. especially the cream.. very smooth and fragrance.. Yum Yum!!

Dis is my set lunch, Sizzling German Chicken Meatloaf.. It comes with some side dishes.. dats is fried egg, potatoes and some vege.. *Thumb Up* for it.. :D

Pissing Off

I'm damn pissing off on last Monday.. WHY??? Here is the story...

Last week Friday, my 2nd boss, Mr.B said dat he wanna to meet auditor to discuss something.. and asked me to help him make an appointment for him on dis coming Monday.. So, I called the auditor, saying dat my boss want to make an appointment on Monday, at 10am.. Then the auditor said dat the person in charge is not free on Monday.. and only available on Thursday.. Since I cant make any decision whether my boss want to make the appointment on Thursday, so I need to inform him about it.. and he said ok.. and I return the call to auditor.. and make the appointment on Thursday, at 10am..

Who knows.. when I go to office on Monday.. suddenly he said dat he cant go for the appointment on Thursday.. coz he got another appointment for the day as well at 9am in KL.. he asked me to call the auditor whether can change the appointment to earlier or later.. so I called.. Pity me.. I kena "diao" by the auditor.. >.< coz not inform him earlier about the changes.. and the person in charge is already in oversea for business purpose till Wednesday.. and will back on Thursday.. and the appointment for dat person in charge was fully booked on dat day except at 10am, which is for my boss.. After my conversation wif the auditor, then I called my boss and tell him dat the person in charge only free to meet at 10am..

Then my boss said, its ok.. then make it at 10am.. and he said no need go for the appointment sharp at 10am.. Then I said, the appointment can be attended by either 1 of the director.. but he said he wants 2 of the director oso attending for the appointment.. and he some more said dat no need to go so early.. go early oso no point.. coz the appointment will delay as well.. Really give him char tou till I dunno wat to say.. GRRRR!!! >.<

After called here n there, the appointment for him is still remain the same.. Hmmm, I really dun understand him.. Why he dun want to inform earlier on last Friday about the changes.. Everytime oso want to inform ppl in last minute.. Everyone in the office oso pissing off wif him.. >.<
